The Carlos A. Pellegrini Visiting Student Internship Program is a funded program designed to provide motivated students from a broad range of backgrounds who demonstrate academic excellence, professionalism, leadership potential, and a strong interest in a surgical career the opportunity to experience the exceptional clinical training and educational environment at the University of Washington.

The Association of Out Surgeons and Allies is thrilled to welcome you to our new and improved website! Designed with our community in mind, this refreshed space is more intuitive, more connected, and more powerful making it easier than ever to build community, grow professionally, and advance equity and inclusion in surgery.

We know change can be a little disruptive, and we appreciate your patience during the transition. Trust us it was worth it. This platform will help our members connect, collaborate, mentor, advocate, and lead as we continue our mission to support LGBTQ+ surgeons, trainees, and allies through visibility, education, and belonging.
